Should eggs be room temperature before baking? 

The real world can feel like a "choose your own adventure" novel at times. 

First, are you going to utilize them anyway? If so, why would it matter?  

Alternatively, you might (B) let them sit on the counter while you prepare your recipe.  

We value your choice as much as the books do. If you're careful, you can make a beautiful cake that tastes great.
