Four Course Dinner – Paired with BC Wines
Thursday, November 17, 2016 – Door Opens at 5:30 pm and Dinner Starts at 6:00 pm
We welcome everyone with a fresh and lively bubbly – Therapy Vineyards Fizzio Blanc.
Dinner starts with Pan Seared Crocodile with arugula salad, paired with Therapy Vineyards Freudian Sip.
Second course is Mushroom Mascarpone Ravioli in a rose sauce, paired with Serendipity Winery Rose.
The main course is a succulent Osso Buco di Vitello (veal) with orzotto and seasonal vegetables, paired with Pacific Breeze Killer Cab.
Dessert is our housemade Pumpkin Gelato.
