Bocconcini means "small mouthfuls" and describes the semi-soft, mild, unripened cheese made from cow's milk in the south provinces of Italy. The Buffalo Bocconcini is made from water buffalo milk and both are imported fresh from Italy.

Better than ordinary take out, put in your order for a dozen biscotti, a whole cheesecake of your favorite flavour, or a tiramisu to treat a party of 20!

Call two days in advance and order housemade zampina sausages. Made in the traditions of the little village of Sammichele in southern Italy.

Also available is locally grown Fraser Valley duck breast, subtly smoked using the succulent and subtle flavour of star anise and hickory wood. Vacuum packed for freshness.

Cooking Classes - NO COOKING CLASSES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Learn how to make fresh pasta and delicious sauces. Learn to make salad dressings from fresh ingredients which are healthier and less expensive than store bought dressings.

Arrangements may also be made to have private cooking lessons right in your own home to entertain your friends.

Great menu - lots of variety. Very reasonable prices and meal portions are very generous. Wonderful flavours and everything is very fresh and done perfectly. Vita Bella has definitely become my favorite restaurant!
